This print features our beloved Big Ben which was completed in 1859, and if you hadn’t gathered already, is very tall. So tall in fact that to reach the top you’d have to climb up 21 London buses stacked on top of each other! Featured alongside this large clock is the Westminister bridge which crosses the River Thames built between 1738 and 1750.
In celebration of Liverpool, we have the Royal Liver building, steeped in maritime history and with the famous mythical Liver birds perched on top which are said to protect sailors at sea. Under the gaze of the birds we can see the Mersey Ferry which will take you across the river.
