Looking for another 1" ball base for your set-up? This part allows you replace the existing thread on your B series arm (short, medium or long) with another B series ball - so you can add another arm to the existing arm! Don't worry - this replaces the bolt so the adjustment knob remains! Simply unscrew the existing bolt on your double socket arm and replace with this part - replace the adjustment knob and good to go ...
If you are looking to mount more than one device but cannot locate multiple mounting points on your motorcycle or vehicle, this base is the ideal accessory for connecting both devices to one 1" mounting base.
Connect another device to your existing RAM® Mount with the RAM-B-273U Ball Base Adaptor. This ball is made up of a 1" ball connecting to a 1/4"-20 threaded stud with a length of 40.6mm. The threads on this ball replace the bolt in any B-size socket arm, and the ball connects to the middle of the socket arm on the opposite side of the tightening knob.
