ハードな競技志向ではないけれどフリーダイビングを楽しみたい、という方向けのコースです。AIDAのコースを受ける予定の方や受けてから時間が経つ方の体慣らしにも最適です。

コース内容（２時間）
・ＦＵＮフリーダイブ（海況によりベストなポイントを選びます）
・コンスタント練習（ロープを張って練習します MAX ２０ｍ）

使い慣れた器材を持っていて3m前後潜れる方
