• TOP TIP. 100% wholegrain flour absorbs more water, so a bit of extra kneading is sometimes required. Blending it with strong white flour will help provide a bit more rise. Additionally, combining wholegrains with ancient grain flour and heritage flour will enhance the taste profile.
