LONG RANGE FUEL® FUNCTIONAL SALAMI is a high-protein, functional, savoury snack designed to not only support musculo-skeletal robustness but critically support oxygen transport and blood flow during exertion. Made from British pork and cured with a blend of sea salt, aromatic spices, sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate it delivers a dense source of protein and fat to fuel extended activity without refrigeration.
Each 70g pack delivers 248 kcal from 32g of protein and 13g of fat. With 5g of salt per 100g, it also contributes to electrolyte replenishment during prolonged exertion.
Made with salt-cured British pork, hot paprika, garlic, and dextrose, FUNCTIONAL SALAMI is gluten- free, dairy-free, and free from artificial additives. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The product is packaged in a vacuum-sealed, oxygen-scavenged pouch to ensure freshness and stability for up to 6 months without refrigeration.
The nitrates used in the curing process are converted into nitric oxide in the body, which promotes vasodilation, enhances oxygen delivery to tissues, as well as improve cardiovascular efficiency.
