80% Parrot Essentials Pellets
15% Fresh foods (fruit and vegetables)
5% Treats (nuts and sunflower seeds)
Average Daily pellet Requirements: Parrots require a minimum of 10% of their bodyweight in pellets per day, for example:
90g Cockatiel: Requires a minimum 9g of Parrot Essentials pellet per day
150g Sun Conure: Requires a minimum of 15g of Parrot Essentials per day
300g Galah: Requires a minimum of 30g of Parrot Essentials per day
Fresh water must always be available.

Whole grains (maize, soybean & wheat), vegetable oils & natural organic acids, seasonal select nuts and dehydrated fruit, vitamins ( A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, E, H & K), minerals (calcium, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulphur & zinc).
