It's supposed to be honey as the scent, made with honey and there is no honey scent to it. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what as this is my first purchase with this brand. It glides on really easily and smoothly and kind of melts onto the lips. The tube is huge too - .5 oz is at least 3 times the size of a normal chap stick.
