Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol)----------------------------------3.4 mg

300 mg Bee Propolis per capsule. Out of 3 capsules, contains total 10mg Vitamin E (3.4 mg per capsule). The Vitamin E is use in the formula for better absorption.

Directions:
Adults take one capsule each time, two to three times a day.
