The PanBlast AIN is a water induction blast nozzle for wet blasting and slurry blasting with minimal dust development. Unlike a separate water mist attachment, such as the PanBlast WB1, the AIN is a complete blast nozzle with the water feed and venturi air injection integrated into the nozzle itself.

The AIN features an adjustable water feed and adjustable air injection ports. This allows the ratio between water and air to be adapted to the application, the abrasive used and the desired level of dust reduction. The water and air atomisation takes place in the nozzle outlet, effectively wetting the blast stream.

The PanBlast AIN can be used as a replacement for a conventional blast nozzle, without requiring any modifications to the equipment. The nozzle features a durable aluminium jacket, a wear-resistant tungsten carbide liner and a 50 mm (2") thread. The water connection line with shut-off valve is supplied as standard.

Thanks to its low water consumption, the AIN is suitable for applications where low-dust blasting is important, but where the amount of added water must remain limited. The nozzle can also be used as a conventional blast nozzle.
