369 is a lovely, detailed red with crunchy fruit, a beautiful lift of acidity and just a whisper of smoke on the long, mineral finish. Alive and pure, it’s another brilliant example of English, zero-sulphur winemaking.

Arriving at a nimble 9.5%, it's an assemblage of three varieties - Pinot Meunier (45%) from Essex and Dorchester; Pinot Noir (41%) from Ham Street, Kent; and Triomphe (14%) from the Test Valley, Hampshire, with three different macerations, over two vintages. The assemblage was blended and bottled via gravity this summer in accordance with the lunar calendar, with no fining, no filtration and no additions. Putting it together is testament to their skills in the blend.
