Flowering
Et fingers cacti bloom mostly in the spring with colorful & showy White or pink flowers. They also bloom at other times of the year.
Watering and Feeding
Water this plant every two weeks from spring to fall, unless your plant has received rain. During summers, feed the cacti with a liquid cactus fertilizer. The rest of the year, there is no need to fertilize.
Soil
Echinocereus brandegeei prefers loose, sandy soil with good drainage. A potting mix designed specifically for cacti and succulents will provide ideal growing conditions for container plants.

This variety of cacti is frost-hardy. It has a frost tolerance of -5° C (23° F) and belongs to the hardiness zone of 9 to 12.
Light
To grow and flower properly, Et fingers require full sun exposure, which means at least six hours of direct sunlight on most days.
Propagation
These plants can be propagated by either offsets or seeds. To take an offset, carefully remove some roots while keeping others attached. Allow it to dry out in the open air until a callus forms on the cut end. Then, plant it in cactus potting soil in a bright, warm location.
