Preparation 10 minutes Baking time 20-25 minutes Serves 16 All you need is: 60g butter (or 90ml vegetable oil) 2 medium free range eggs Lightly greased 9" x 9" (23cm x 23cm) square tin Only 3 steps to Brownie heaven... 1 Mix the brownie mix, butter and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy). 2 Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin. 3 Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife, inserted 5cm (2") from the edge of tin come out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into slices. Devour your irresistible gluten free brownies with pride! Sugar, Rice Flour, Milk Chocolate Chips (8%) (Sugar, MILK Solids (Skimmed MILK Powder, BUTTER Oil), Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (MILK), Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Flavouring), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (7%), Potato Starch, Dark Chocolate Chips (4.5%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Flavouring, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Palm Fat, Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Grease and line a 20cm square tin. In large bowl, mix 120g of butter (melted) 3 eggs. Add the brownie stir until well combined. Pour into tin smooth top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or skewer inserted centre comes out with few moist crumbs. Leave cool in 10 minutes, then lift completely on wire rack. Cut 16 squares serve.
