Waffle Recipe
1kg Waffle Mix + 1200g Water (variable depending on desired thickness of crepe).
Mixing Method
Slowly add water to the premix
Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute
Scrape down
Mix on a medium speed for 3 minutes
Deposit to preheated crepe maker as required
Bake for 1 minute or until golden brown
Remove and serve
(These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual baking conditions)
Once mixture has been made you can store it in a plastic dispensing bottle. Once made we recommend using within 24 hours.
Our mix is naturally sweet, however you can experiment with adding a little amount of mustard powder for savoury crepes (mustard powder acts as a reductor of sweet notes).
Recommended Cooking Temperature: 190 degrees
Approximate number of waffles per 3kg bag: 60-70 traditional size crepes
Ingredients
WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, dextrose, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), SOYA flour, skimmed MILK powder, salt, emulsifier (E471), whole EGG powder, flavouring.
