- Due to the custom nature of this product, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.

- Please double check your customizations, we are not responsible for mistakes and will not replace the item at no cost.
- If an item comes damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery
