Designed for use with dual-rate springs and available in a wide range of travel lengths, these performance coilovers are perfect for custom coilover suspension applications. Equipped with a competition designed, 3-stage seal pack, these coilovers withstand the harshest off-road environments. All B8 8125 coilovers include a 22mm hard chromed, case hardened piston rod which provides exceptional tensile strength and resistance to sand blasting and rock chipping. Incorporated remote reservoir combined with a high-temp hose provides consistent fade free performance under conditions of intense heat. The zinc coated threaded body allows for quick ride height adjustments and spring changes. Bilstein B8 8125 coilovers are completely owner rebuildable with replacement parts available from Bilstein. Must have step by step practical guide, including hard-learned lessons from the author - really appreciate the down to earth style and delivery of this book - giving away golden nuggets of wisdom and tools - able to apply immediately to real life house flipping! A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
