I will share to my Instagram highlights more about the Dawn practice process and how to effectively do each step. But don't worry this journal isn't about being rigid and you should absolutely make it your own and use it to fit your life.
Include in the journal is an example of my Dawn practice as well as a page for you to write your own. The bulk of the journal are the dawn practice pages. There are enough pages for 60 days. In the back I included 20 dot grid pages for you to write notes, keep vision boards, and more.
