This punk trio was formed around Christmas 2018 before any of the three cousins had even turned 16. The band was given the political name Borgerlig Begravning (Civil funeral) after a text in a storefront that the band saw on the way home from a punk gig. The guys quickly made a name for themselves in the Swedish punk scene and played with established bands like Asta Kask and Mimikry during their debut year. The band released a 6-track EP in 2020 and in 2021 a single with two songs. The long wait for an album is now over! The band's 12-track long debut album is ready to be released! Borgerlig Begravning was formed in boredom and the desire to play fast music that mattered. Asta Kask has been the biggest inspiration and their EP "Historien dömer oss alla" gave the trio the push they needed to understand how wonderful punk can be. Bands from the childhood such as Ramones and Ebba Grön has been with the band since the start and the swedes been influenced from all possible corners of the punk scene, from Bad Religion to GBH as an example. Now it's finally time for album number two. Together with Jugglo Wall, the band went into Kapsylen's studio and recorded 12 songs. The title of the new album is "Parasit", and with influences from bands such as Asta Kast, Bad Religion, GBH and Ramones, the band has made a record that will make people understand how good Punk can be. Borgerlig Begravning has, during the spring of 2023 toured together with Charter 77 & Köttgrottorna, where the young guys have consolidated their position as the breath of fresh air that Punk Sweden needs!

Mostly works, but..........
I use these at night for sleeping with a CPAP. I am a mouth breather, so my CPAP mask is a full face mask, thus there is constant airflow going into my mouth all night long. While these tablets do help with reducing dry mouth, they only last about 4-5 hrs before they fully dissolve - which does not get me through a full night of sleep. Using two tablets instead of one only gives me roughly one additional hour. If you wear a CPAP mask, you also need to be careful of exactly where you place the tablets, because it will be quite uncomfortable if you mask ends up pressing on the tablet. If the tablet does not adhere well upon initial placement, you pretty much need to fully dry the tablet before re-attempting placement. If the brown side is already wet when you place it against your gums, there is a much higher chance of it just sliding off, instead of sticking. Overall, while not completely eliminating the issue, they do at least reduce the dry mouth problem during sleep.

If you have to use something overnight for dry mouth definitely get these. I use one nightly with my mouth guard. The orange flavor is very nice and it dissolves slowly overnight. It's small enough to do the trick, but not be overpowering. It stays put. And it works. Definitely notice the improvement inside my mouth.

Attachment Theory in Practice is a must-have for any therapist who is looking to deepen their work and bring desired transformation and change to their clients’ lives. The book provides a beautiful overview of the current state of the mental health field and the need for focusing on emotion, attachment and connection in psychotherapy. Dr. Johnson reminds us that “in order to shape optimal regulation that allows clients to harness their emotions for growth and aliveness, therapists have to ensure that clients are actively engaged with an emotional reality.” She echoes the findings from research on emotion regulation and suggests that “coregulation, rather than solo self-regulation, is the baseline, normal, and most-efficient strategy for us as social animals.” Dr. Jonson clearly posits that change is an emotional and an interpersonal phenomenon. In a field of books about EFT, Sue Johnson’s new book provides an up-to-date summary of the latest developments in the EFT method, including applications for individual, couple and family therapy. Having been a student of EFT for 12 years or more, this book was more than a repetition of the fundamentals of the method, its stages and steps, which appear in her earlier books and have been elaborated by other authors. Broadens EFT Couple frame to individual and family work
