Superior Handling for All-Around Driving. Get superior handling performance when you replace your damaged or blown-out rear shock with the Bilstein B8 5100 Series Rear Shock for 0 to 1-Inch Lift. This rear damper is designed for stock to up to 1 inch lifted ride height, making it perfect for daily driven F-150s that occasionally spend time off-roading. This is courtesy of a monotube gas-charged style with an advanced velocity-sensitive digressive valving technology. These features deliver more immediate damping performance and accurate steering feel off-road and smooth but firm ride quality on the highway. Additionally, this shock is equipped with high-quality neoprene rubber bushings helping negate vibrations for added comfort.

Rigid Build Quality. This rear shock uses a 46mm wide shock body machine-formed from premium alloy for strength as well as enhanced heat dissipation. Meanwhile, its 14mm piston rod is similarly machine-formed from chrome-hardened alloy, making it tough enough for the trails. Lastly, this shock features durable zinc plating as well as a high-quality clear topcoat, providing maximum corrosion protection.

Efficient Install Procedure. This rear shock mounts onto your F-150 using its factory rear damper location. No drilling or other modifications are needed. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.

Comes with a Limited 2-Year . This B8 5100 rear shock comes with a limited 2-year covering factory defects. Please visit the manufacturer?s website for more details.
