Yamaha Alnico V designed pickups are arranged in a HSS configuration in the body with the neck and middle positions sporting a single-coil while the bridge position receives a humbucker. Tone can be controlled by the master volume, split-coil tone knob, and a 5-way pickup selector switch. A vintage-style tremolo with block saddles offer expressive pitch control and a comfortable place to anchor the picking hand.
