Tasting: Invitingly floral, gooseberry, elderflower notes with fresh herbs. Rich palate with ripe citrus, passionfruit, guava, feijoa fruit balanced and a crisp fresh finish. A vibrant, full flavored wine that is concentrated and long.
Wine Making: Fruit was harvested at the peak of ripeness. Once the grapes were crushed the juice was frozen to concentrate fruit flavours and sweetness. The juice was then cool fermented to preserve the vibrant, fresh Sauvignon Blanc characters.
