I mostly chose these due to the foam rubber soles, as I was looking for a more comfortable sneaker. So this time I ordered the next size up and the fit is not much different, so I'd say they run small all around. Despite that, they're big enough and are still quite comfortable. Finally, the laces are too short. This is probably by design, so they're not dangling around, but I find them difficult to tie. They're nice, waxed laces, but they just need to be long enough to work with.
