The Cosy in Sand is KARU's original slipper — the one that started it all in 1968 — finished in a warm sandy beige that feels as natural as it looks. Available in two versions with either 100% sheepskin or 100% wool lining, both feature a full sheepskin collar for extra comfort and a hard-wearing suede or nubuck leather outer with thick EVA wedge sole. Timeless in design, effortless to wear.

The warm sand tone brings a natural, unhurried quality that suits any home, whilst the sheepskin collar wraps the ankle in an extra layer of cosiness. The thick EVA wedge sole provides excellent grip and long-lasting wear, season after season.

Nice and affordable, but poor arch support and mushy insoles.

These shoes look nice and feel comfortable at first, but the soft memory foam type bottoms on these don't provide enough support. I am a big guy and find that over the course of the day the insoles compress and my feet end up at an angle. After a long day on my feet, my dogs are barking and my leg muscles are tight I think from walking on an angle. I added my GoodFeet arch support and they help a little with arch support, but the insole is so soft that it absorbs the bulge quite a bit. If you're skinny and need a decent looking pair of shoes on the cheap, they might be ok for you. I would not recommend long walks or strenuous activity in them. I will say they are lightweight, breathable and a decent value if you don't have flat feet and a beer belly (I don't even drink beer, how'd that happen, WTH?!)
