This kit features our proven catch can with internal baffles, along with custom nylon braided -10AN hoses, hardware, and fittings needed for a simple install. This complete kit removes the factory PCV components and plumbs the new catch can to the valve cover and block breather using the included billet breather adapters. This makes for an easy install that requires no custom fabrication or modifications. The catch can mounts in place of the factory relays, which get relocated into the wiring duct for a clean install. This kit uses the Integrated Engineering billet vent-to-atmosphere catch can, which features state-of-the-art baffle system.This baffle allows crank case pressure to flow through the catch can while oil is separated and stays behind. This design separates more oil than traditional catch can designs and keeps the liquid in the chamber and out of your engine bay. This sleek catch can is fully serviceable, easily disassembling if needed. Draining the catch can is simple with use of a bottom mounted no tool t-handle. The included high quality IE breather filters will further help to keep large particles from exiting the can, as well as any outside elements flowing back to the PCV system. This beautiful can is finished with a bright black anodize finish, which maintains a stealthy appearance, while looking great in your engine bay.

Everything you need to install the catch can into your 1.8T MK4 engine is included with this kit, with a simple installation instruction guide. The entire install is completely reversible if it ever needs to be removed for any reason.

Note about cold weather climates:
Catch can kits are designed for warm weather climates only. If you live in an area with sub-freezing temperatures in winter months, extra precaution must be taken as condensation in catch can and lines can freeze and cause pressure to build up in the crankcase. We recommend checking catch can contents frequently or removing the system entirely during cold winter months. Integrated Engineering is not responsible for any damage caused from improper servicing of catch can.
