Organically farmed 40+-year-old Chardonnay is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrel (20% new). Bergamot, ground cloves, nutmeg, and white peach on the nose; silky and balanced on the palate with citrus-laced acidity and a long, stone-edged finish.
