The YOKKAO Heavy Bag Microfiber 170cm is a full-length Muay Thai heavy bag designed for daily striking training covering the complete range - low kicks, teeps, body shots, uppercuts, elbows, and knee strikes - all at realistic height and distance without repositioning. The microfiber leather shell is constructed with reinforced stitching along all panel seams, built to withstand sustained daily contact from gloves, shins, and bare feet without surface cracking or seam failure. A heavy-duty chain mount with welded rings is rated for continuous bag work through repetitive swinging load.

IMPORTANT: This bag ships empty. Fill with sand for maximum density and minimal swing, fabric scraps for medium density, or rags for a lighter and more reactive feel. Filling the bag yourself allows you to customize the weight and response to your specific training preference, and eliminates the shipping cost of a pre-filled bag.

Available in Black in the 170cm format. Suitable for Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and full striking sports conditioning. Made in Thailand.

Also, good options are jars or pouches of baby food just make sure you check the label to ensure there is nothing toxic to dogs in it. More options are kibble soaked in water or broth, pumpkin puree, green beans and carrots. I could go on forever. If you own a dog, a Kong is a must have! I always have two ready to go. And they are dishwasher safe!
