At the center of the OR60 is an all-valve amp design designed and built in the UK. Serious tube-born muscle drives this whole ship forward with a pair of 6L6 power tubes at the heart of this creation. These two tubes, tight in lows, rich in clarity, and primed to get driven by pedals upstream, produce the lush and rich Orange tones made famous across generations of rock guitarists. The amp's single channel simplicity cuts right to the chase for making quick of work of delectable tube-born distortion.

The OR60's tube design and voice are amazing things to get at square one, though there's plenty more to the party. Orange pushes past the usual experience of single-channel simplicity with a variety of functions and connections for player-friendly features. Onboard, Orange designed in a dedicated Valve HT switch that cuts the OR60's full sixty-watt power in half for a new lane of tube tone. What's more, this power switching is then shaped even more deeply through a Bright switch for accentuating high frequencies, and a Presence control for sculpting and exploring the full breadth of the OR60's valve wonderworld. An onboard tube-buffered FX loop allows for looping in your favorite time-based effects while a negative feedback loop keeps things crystal clear and under control.
