Our Stinging Nettle Blend is crafted from Certified Organic Urtica dioica, using both fresh aerial parts and dried seeds. Each part is extracted separately to preserve its unique qualities, then carefully blended for a full-spectrum herbal extract.

Suggested Use

• Shake well before using

• Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice

• Use 2–5 times daily

• Best taken between meals
