Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
The capsules are easy to swallow and very gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate because some magnesium supplements can cause digestive discomfort. Magnesium glycinate is also known for being one of the more absorbable and well-tolerated forms of magnesium.
