Description:
The experience of trauma, whether a single incident, like a car accident, or more chronic, systemic exposure, like childhood sexual abuse, is life altering. Added to the primal emotions of fear, shame, rage and uncertainty about how to cope is the unsettling sense that you are not quite who you used to be. What does a post-trauma identity look like? How does one come to accept this new identity? And what are the healing strategies that can help to recover a sense of self?In this book, trauma coach Michele Rosenthal, herself a PTSD survivor, offers a practical workbook of insightful treatment strategies for survivors and their therapists. Exercises, checklists and self-assessment tools walk readers through the process of self-reclamation, demonstrating how you can understand and appreciate the "PTSD self" while moving on to find healing and renewal.

Great for Sublimation!
I’m a bit new to sublimation and was worried about having dull colors, but this ink is doing wonders! The quality is great, I can adjust the amount on the printer and get the exact, rich, vibrant colors I want. (I found some recommended settings for brightness, contrast, etc… and then tweak the cyan, magenta, and yellow to the desired amount.)
I definitely recommend getting this ink! It’s so easy to refill the printer (I have an Eco tank 15000). The cost is not bad at all. I’ve only washed some of the items one time and so far the ink has remained unchanged. Seems like a winner to me!

Vibrant colors, great traction on fabric, and easy cleanup
This sublimation ink has been a great find. The colors are vibrant and transfer beautifully to fabrics, mugs, and phone cases. The traction on the material is excellent—designs don’t smudge or fade easily after pressing.
I also appreciate how clean it is to work with. Refilling my Epson EcoTank printer was simple, and there were no messy drips or stains. Cleanup of tools and surfaces was quick with just a damp cloth.
For beginners or experienced crafters, this ink delivers consistent, professional-looking results every time.
