After four years living in Wānaka, we moved to the North Island. I’m a tropical body, and it felt right to head north. We began with Cape Reinga, chasing that iconic sunset, and then drove our way down through one stunning beach after another.

We eventually settled in Mount Maunganui, because honestly, it’s paradise. From there, we slowly started exploring everything around us. This collection of original watercolour paintings is inspired by those journeys across the North Island of Aotearoa. How cool is this place.
