The RAM-189BB-ALA1U allows you to connect two suction cup bases to a single RAM® diamond base ball. This part can be useful if you would like to turn existing components into a double suction cup base with the base sitting closer to the mounting surface than is the case with the RAM-B-189BU

These are perfect for every-day wear and i find them super comfortable. Mine are starting to tear and fall apart, which is more quickly than my other underwear, but I think its worth it for the price and comfortableness. I'll just replace them or repair them :)
