The FSX3 is crafted from a Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides, an all-solid construction that delivers a brighter but balanced, and, despite the body size, huge, projecting tone that is perfect for all acoustic applications. The body is finished in a gloss vintage tint—natural in appearance, but with a slight glow that harks back to the timeless qualities that make the Red Labels so desirable. A scalloped bracing inside the body is implemented to increase projection and sculpt the sonic quality even further, resulting in a musical, premium sounding instrument.
