最初用咖啡發酵液加咖啡果皮代替紅酒，整咗第一次聖誕咖啡果皮熱紅酒🎅🏻每年只有超少量生產的香港咖啡豆，只有大約3kg咖啡果皮。今年終於可以變成商品比大家買番去試下！
由三個本地品牌攜手合作，我們以粉嶺種植的咖啡果皮為基底，結合本地釀酒廠蜂蜜酒，在經典聖誕熱紅酒的靈感之上進行細膩改良，賦予全新風味。
香甜濃郁的蜂蜜香氣與咖啡果皮的清新果香完美融合，加上香料帶來層次豐富、回味悠長的味蕾探索之旅。

簡單直接地說，Cascara 就是「咖啡果皮」。而最有趣的地方——它的味道完全唔似咖啡！反而有啲似洛神花，烏梅、龍眼乾風味。
Cascara 的點嚟？
在咖啡豆的處理過程中，農夫需要將咖啡豆（種子）從果實中分離出來。傳統上，被剝下來的果皮和果肉很多時候會被當作廢料丟棄，或用作田裡的堆肥。

A must for M.A Psychology students!!

Book arrived with glue? Residue on the cover

Book arrived damaged. I ordered a new copy so it should have had no damage. The book is required for class so I don’t have the time to return it but you’d be better off buying it used from someone else and save some money.
