It is easily operated by hand using the heavy-duty, fail-safe handle supported by a powder-coated steel pole and durable steel base. Secure your brand-new umbrella with an Instahut Umbrella Base. Featuring a sturdy 4-plate design constructed from heavy-duty HDPE plastic, the stand is built to withstand moderate gusts of wind and is anti-fade. To use, simply fill with water through the fill spout and insert your umbrella. When fully filled, each piece weighs approximately 15kg, giving you a combined weight of 61.61kg.
