The stock end links are weak and can bend or break. BMRs ELK014 end link kit allows you to push your S550 Mustang to the limit without fear of end link deflection. BMR manufactures the ELK014s out of heavy-duty steel hex bar stock. The right and left hand threaded ball joint-style tie rods are manufactured by Proforged and offer huge advantages over other companies end links that use rod ends. Ball joints allow for more articulation than a rod end, which is what you want when you hit the track. BMRs ball joints are greasable, which you wont find on our competitors end links. This ensures long life and flawless operation, and they make less noise than rod ends. The ball joints attach to the sway bar with 12mm studs, while the ball joints attach to the end link tubes with -inch studs. Second watch died faster than the first!

Now I have bought two of these. On the first, indiglo died after one year (battery otherwise fine). On the second, it only lasted 9 months. I’m done. On the first, suspecting the battery was prematurely drained, I took it to the jeweler to get a new battery. He said there was nothing wrong with the battery.
I was within the warranty period for the second watch. When I inquired, I was told that it meant shipping the watch overseas for about 3 months to be fixed. Wow. So in reality, it's a disposable item that is not likely to work as long as warranted, much less several years.
Time to find another brand.

An excellent replacement for the old camper watch

I wore Timex camer watches for much of my adult life. I prefer the analog wind-up versions, but they are not widely available at a reasonable price. I purchased this model for its large easy to read face and durable strap. The Indiglo feature is a bonus.

Favorite watch / solar

I'm partial... I have bought Timex my intire life, they no doubt make the best watches... They take a licking, but keep on ticking is there old commercials.. True.. Great quality, keeps going after many year's... I never bought a solar watch from them prior I have to mention... It should hold up I'm thinking like their battery watches, I hope so. My favorite watch, I own a handful. Watch looks better in person... Downfall, they are trying a new band out of recycled plastic, I don't like it as much as the older bands it's soft, but feels a little strange...
