The wall-mounted design creates a fixed training station for practicing precise striking angles and developing power in uppercuts and hooks - techniques that are harder to drill on traditional hanging bags.
Constructed with a leather exterior and industrial nylon lining for structural integrity. The internal high-density foam core system maintains shape and provides consistent resistance during impact. All mounting hardware comes included, and the unit is available in black with white target markers for clear visual reference during training.
