• Hands on time: 10-14 minutes if grilling.
  Cooking time: 10-14 minutes on grill, 15-20 minutes in oven, plus a few minutes resting time.

• Thaw completely in refrigerator. Grill: Lightly spray or oil grill grates. Preheat grill to med-high heat. Remove steak from bag. Grill to a minimum temp. of 145F. Cooking time is 5-7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness, start checking after 5 mins. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Empty contents of bag into a baking pan with sides. Bake to a min. temperature of 145F. Cooking time is approx. 15-20 minutes depending on your desired doneness, check after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
