Serie A stands for “Argentina Series” as the way of expressing our most representative grape varieties by recognizing the best growing regions specific to each, and selecting top vineyard sites along the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were cooled in a refrigerated chamber. They underwent manual selection of bunches, before being destalked, crushed, cooled and direct pressed. They were fermented at 15-18°C with selected yeast. After fermentation the wine was stored in fine lees for 6 months.
GRAPE COMPOSITION: 100% Torrontes
APPELLATION: Cafayate vineyards, Salta
ALCOHOL: 13.4%
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Intense yellow-green color.
AROMA: Delicate and unique nose, full of white flowers such as roses and citrus blossom. Also notes of mature white fruits and citrus zest.
FLAVOR: The wine is well structured with a lively acidity but remains centered around the aromatic intensity and delicate finish
