20g whey isolate recovery in a light, clear format

NutraBio Clear Protein keeps it simple and smart: it's all about getting you fast-absorbing whey isolate in a lighter, more refreshing way than your usual thick protein shake. This isn't for gaining mass, replacing meals, or hiding behind cheap blends and vague labels. They use 23.64g of whey protein isolate to deliver 20g of full protein, with super low fats and carbs, making it an easy choice after workouts or between meals when you need recovery without feeling stuffed.

The star is Whey Protein Isolate at 23.64g, marked as WPI90 and processed with CFM low-temperature cross flow ultra- and microfiltration. That's important because whey isolate is a top protein for sports — it gives you all the essential aminos fast, including branched-chains that kick off muscle repair after workouts. WPI90 means it's super pure, so you get more protein bang per scoop with less lactose, fat, and junk than cheaper concentrates. You'll feel it empty from your stomach quicker, without that creamy fullness, which is awesome after tough sessions, in the heat, or when cutting and hunger's off.

That 20g protein per serving is solid — it really helps with recovery after exercise and hitting your daily protein goals, especially with other protein-packed meals. It's not meant to be a huge 40-50g meal replacement; it's for those quick, handy protein hits that fit right into your day.

Phosphorus is present at 337 mg. Ph

NutraBio Clear Protein by NutraBio contains 337mg Phosphorus, a standard dose for muscle protein synthesis.

Key Highlights

  • 23.64g Whey Protein Isolate per scoop — no fuzzy 'protein blend' here. They tell you exactly how much WPI90 goes in to give you 20g of full protein, so you can see the real deal without the hype.
  • 20g full protein per serving — that's enough to really help after workouts or between meals. Whey isolate packs all the essential aminos your muscles need for repair and growth after lifting or cardio.
  • WPI90 high-purity isolate — this is refined whey that gives you more protein per gram than basic concentrates. You end up with cleaner macros and less extra stuff tagging along.
  • CFM low-temperature cross flow ultra- and microfiltration — the way they process it keeps the quality high and the fast-digesting perks of whey intact for athletes.
  • Clear protein format — what you'll love most is how easy it drinks. Skip the thick shake; this is lighter and more refreshing, perfect after hard workouts, in hot weather, or when cutting calories.
  • Super low fats and carbs — if you want protein without the calorie add-ons, this nails it. Great for keeping your daily intake in check when body goals are key.
  • No hidden blends — everything's out in the open. You can check the real nutrition and see if it stacks up for serious protein needs.
  • 337mg phosphorus — it's not the main event, but it's useful. Phosphorus helps with bones and how your cells handle energy, and it fits since this comes from dairy.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters cutting who want high protein without fat or carb calories. 20g from whey isolate is a lean hit that fits strict macros, and the clear style is easier than thick shakes on lower cals.
  • Athletes in heat or after sweaty workouts who need protein but skip creamy stuff. This whey isolate comes light and refreshing, like something you'd actually drink post-session.
  • Busy folks training early or on breaks needing fast, easy protein. 23.64g WPI90 gives 20g full protein without feeling like a full meal in a hectic day.
  • People who hate the texture or fullness of regular whey or blends. Clear isolate usually goes down smoother, especially if chalky desserts aren't your thing.
  • Body comp chasers with good meals but needing one clean protein add-on. It's perfect for a quick 20g between eats or after without extra calories.
  • Team sport players wanting easy recovery after practice. Full whey profile aids muscle fix, and the light drink helps when you're not hungry post-conditioning.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in cold water and shake until it's all mixed. Clear proteins foam up, so let it sit 15-30 seconds post-shake for the texture to settle and clear. Prime time is 30-60 minutes after training for that fast protein hit, or between meals when you need a boost. Full scoop works for most since it's just delivering 20g protein, not something you build tolerance to. Go half if you want less, but the serving's already chill. No need to eat with it, but adding carbs or a meal post-workout can help if you're going hard. Stacks great with creatine, carbs, and real food; no stim worries. No cycling required — protein's about daily use. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to stay fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-5 minutes: right away, it feels lighter and more refreshing than a regular whey shake. 5-15 minutes: no buzz or tingles — just easy to drink, and for a lot of people, less gut heaviness than creamy proteins. 15-60 minutes: it digests quick, sending aminos to work on recovery after your session. Days 1-7: you'll notice you're nailing protein goals more because it's simple to use. Weeks 2-4: it adds up with fewer skipped doses and a steady routine. You feel it through better habits and recovery, not instant thrills.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does NutraBio Clear Protein provide per scoop?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 20 g of complete protein. That protein comes from 23.64 g of whey protein isolate raw material listed as WPI90, which is a high-purity isolate source rather than a mixed protein blend.

What makes this a “clear” protein instead of a regular whey shake?

Clear protein is designed to drink more like a light beverage than a thick, creamy milkshake. The underlying protein source is still whey isolate, but the user experience is more refreshing and often easier to tolerate after training or during hot weather.

Is the 20 g protein dose enough for post-workout recovery?

For many users, yes. A 20 g serving of complete whey isolate is a meaningful protein feeding that supports muscle protein synthesis and recovery, especially when the rest of your day includes additional protein-rich meals.

Does NutraBio Clear Protein contain a proprietary blend?

No. The active formula is disclosed, with whey protein isolate listed specifically at 23.64 g to yield 20 g protein, plus 337 mg phosphorus. That level of transparency is a strong advantage in the protein category.

Is this better for cutting than a regular whey concentrate?

It can be, especially if you want tighter macro control and a lighter texture. Whey isolate is typically lower in fat and lactose than concentrate-heavy proteins, and this clear format is often easier to drink when calories are restricted.

When should I take NutraBio Clear Protein?

The most practical times are post-workout or between meals when you need a clean protein feeding. Because there are no stimulants, it can be used morning, afternoon, or evening based entirely on your protein needs.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes. This is one of the best stacks because the protein supports recovery and muscle protein synthesis, while creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and high-intensity performance. They solve different problems and complement each other well.

Does this contain dairy?

Yes. The protein source is whey protein isolate, which is derived from milk. People with milk allergy should avoid it, while people who simply prefer isolate for its lower lactose content may find it easier to tolerate than whey concentrate products.

What is the phosphorus in this formula doing?

Phosphorus is a nutritionally relevant mineral naturally associated with dairy-derived protein ingredients. It plays roles in bone mineralization and cellular energy transfer, although it is not the main reason most people would choose this product.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No. Protein powders do not require cycling because they work by helping you consistently reach total daily protein intake rather than through stimulant receptors or loading-sensitive pharmacology.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
